100% Solids Elastomeric Secondary Containment GEO Membrane

A high performance epoxy elastomeric designed for spray over geo-textile fabric which cures to a tough, flexible, resilient geo-membrane lining for secondary containment. Maintains flexibility and toughness in temperatures as low as 0° F. Excellent spray properties at a convenient 1 to 1 ratio with standard airless sprayers. No special plural-component equipment necessary.

Primarily designed as a secondary containment geo membrane for oil field tank batteries. Does well transitioning onto steel walls, concrete pads, piping, etc. A non-flammable, 100% solids, zero VOC product.

None. Self priming. May be top coated with elastomeric acrylic latex if desired for aesthetics or additional UV protection.

This polyamide-cured epoxy is formulated as a high build coating for steel substrates and concrete.

Recommended for use on structural steel, tank interiors and exteriors, pipes, concrete floors and concrete block walls. The coating has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

E-8001 High Build Epoxy Lining

A high performance, epoxy lining system designed to cure at low temperatures and exhibit excellent resistance properties to a wide variety of chemicals and corrosives. Maintains flexibility and toughness better than standard epoxies of this class. Exhibits excellent adhesion, sag resistance and corrosion resistance.

Designed for use as a heavy-duty lining on tank interiors and exteriors, various storage and containment vessels (steel and concrete). Resists petroleum productions (crude, sour crude, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids, etc.), brine and other salt solutions, detergents and lubricants. Shows good resistance to 20% HCL in the presence of aromatic solvents (Xylene, etc.). Ideal for oil field frac tanks. May be used as a 2 or 3 coat system as desired with total film thickness of 14 to 20 mils.

This two-component, organic-zinc-rich primer exhibits galvanic protection and provides a foundation for easy recoat with a variety of chemical-resistant high performance coatings. This product meets the specification for SSPC Paint No. 20, II.

This product is designed for use in industrial, marine and process environments. A topcoat is required for more severe exposures. There is greater than 80% zinc in the dry film.
